UCD International Law & Business 석사

UCD의 International Law & Business는 국제법과 기업 경영을 하나의 학업 경로에서 연결하는 90학점 Master of Science 과정입니다. 국제 경제법, 경쟁법, 기업 지배구조, 기술 규제처럼 국경을 넘는 사업 활동에 직접 맞닿은 법률 주제를 공부하고, 전략·리더십·재무·협상·인사·마케팅 가운데 관심 분야를 선택해 경영 관점을 확장합니다. 법률 문제를 비전문가도 이해할 수 있게 설명하고, 서로 다른 분야의 자료를 통합해 합리적인 판단을 내리는 능력을 기르는 데 초점을 둡니다.

Stage 1은 Autumn, Spring, Summer Trimester로 이어집니다. Autumn에는 법학 선택군에서 10학점 모듈 세 과목을 고릅니다. Spring에는 법학 선택군에서 한 과목, 경영 선택군에서 두 과목을 이수합니다. Summer에는 30학점 Dissertation 또는 Arbitration Project 중 하나를 선택합니다. Arbitration Project를 고르는 경우에는 공식 선택 규칙에 따라 LAW40060 International Commercial Arbitration도 함께 등록해야 합니다. 이 구조를 통해 법학 심화, 경영 응용, 독립 프로젝트가 순차적으로 연결됩니다.

아래 Autumn 법학 모듈 가운데 세 과목을 선택합니다. 국제 환경·경제·경쟁법과 기업 지배구조, EU 거버넌스 등 국제 비즈니스의 제도적 기반을 비교해 볼 수 있습니다.
