UCD International Commercial Law LLM 석사

UCD의 International Commercial Law LLM은 국제 거래와 기업 활동을 둘러싼 법률 문제를 석사 수준에서 분석하는 1년 전일제 과정입니다. 국제경쟁법, 기업지배구조, 국제상사중재를 중심으로 국제경제법, 지식재산권, 데이터 보호, 기술 규제와 국경 간 분쟁까지 학습 범위를 확장하며 복잡한 법률 쟁점을 조사하고 논증하는 역량을 기릅니다.

총 90 credits를 이수합니다. Section A에서는 국제상사법 핵심 선택 모듈 가운데 최소 3개를 고르고, Section B에서는 폭넓은 법률 선택 모듈 가운데 최대 3개를 선택합니다. 두 section에서 선택하는 수업 모듈은 합계 6개를 넘지 않으며, 여름학기에는 Dissertation 또는 Arbitration Project 중 하나를 30-credit 최종 과제로 이수합니다.

LAW40290 Dissertation은 국제상사법과 연결된 연구 질문을 정하고 독립적인 법률 연구와 논증을 완성하는 경로입니다. LAW41650 Arbitration Project는 국제상사중재를 중심으로 전문 프로젝트를 수행하는 경로이며, 이 선택을 위해서는 LAW40060 International Commercial Arbitration 등록이 선행되어야 합니다.

과정을 통해 서로 다른 법률 환경에서 국제상사법 지식을 적용하고, 다양한 법원과 규제 체계의 자료를 비교하며 경쟁하는 법적 주장을 평가하는 능력을 발전시킵니다. 복잡한 판례와 규정을 비전문가에게도 명확하게 설명하고, 현행 법률의 한계와 개정 필요성을 근거를 들어 논증하는 연구·의사소통 역량을 함께 기릅니다.
